What is "forged gold"?

“Schmiedegold” is a high-quality gift voucher that can be redeemed for all products of the Fantasyschmiede.

Validity:
The voucher is valid for 4 years from the date of issue.

Legal notices:
The statutory limitation period for vouchers is 3 years according to § 195 BGB, beginning with the end of the calendar year in which the voucher was issued.
In addition, we voluntarily grant you a full validity period of 4 years from the date of issue.

Partial amounts:
The voucher can also be redeemed in partial amounts. Any remaining balance will be retained within the validity period and can be used for future purchases.

Form & Redemption:

• The voucher is issued exclusively in physical form – printed on high-quality card stock and stylishly designed.

• Redeemable on site at the Fantasyschmiede or by postal order with specification of the voucher code.

• Cash payment of the voucher value is excluded.

Important NOTE:
Please keep the voucher safe. No replacement can be issued for lost or damaged vouchers.
